White Chocolate Mango and Coconut Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 250 g white chocolate

Instructions

  • Cut the mango into chunks and put it into a juicer or blender until completely fluid.
  • Melt the chocolate over a hot water bath until entirely molten.
  • Remove the chocolate from the heat and pour in the mango juice/smoothie.
  • Mix the chocolate-mango mixture until you obtain an even spread.
  • Add the desiccated coconut and mix again.
  • Let it cool down for an hour.
  • Enjoy!!!
