mango

ml
coconut milk

Instructions
First toss in the frozen banana and mango.
Then add the date and the spinach.
Pour in the coconut milk and blitz for around 40 seconds.
If it's all creamy you're good to go.

If you're using a nutribullet this is the order to go. If you're using a regular blender, reverse the order.
