Mango Spinach Smoothie

A vibrant, creamy smoothie that's as healthy as it is delicious. Your ultimate green upgrade!

Ingredients

  • 2 handful spinach
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 3 tbsp mango frozen
  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 1 date

Instructions

  • First toss in the frozen banana and mango.
  • Then add the date and the spinach.
  • Pour in the coconut milk and blitz for around 40 seconds.
  • If it's all creamy you're good to go.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

If you're using a nutribullet this is the order to go. If you're using a regular blender, reverse the order.
