hot water

warm milk
fruit
of your choice (cooked, steamed or fresh)
honey
Instructions
Put the oats and the hot water into a saucepan and boil for around 10 minutes.
Add the warm milk and cook for 5 more minutes on a middle heat.
Pour the oat-milk mix into small bowls.
Now pour some honey over it and top with the fruit.
