Instructions
Preheat the oven to 210°
Wash the cherries, remove the pits (and stems if using fresh ones) and spread them on the bottom of your baking dish.
In a large bowl whisk together the flour, the sugar and the eggs.
Add the milk and the liquid cream and mix until you get an even dough.
Pour the dough onto the cherries and bake for 30 minutes.
