Heat a little bit of water in a large pot over high heat.
Add spinach, cover and cook just until wilted. Stir occasionally until the spinach is ready.
Crush the garlic, then heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and add it. Fry until golden.
Now add pine nuts and raisins. Wait until the pine nuts are golden and the raisins plumped.
Bring the spinach to the frying pan and mix. Season with salt and pepper and you're good to go.
