In a saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter, then set aside to cool for a bit. In a large bowl beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture is very light, then add the chocolate and butter mixture, stirring constantly.
n a separate bowl, mix the flour, vanilla extract and baking powder and stir into the egg-chocolate mixture. Fold in 100g chopped chocolate.
Place the dough about the size of a tablespoon on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving some space between each cookie.
Bake at top and bottom heat for 8-10 minutes. Leave to cool completely before enjoying the cookies.
